LAFAYETTE, La. - According to Public Information Officer Allison Dickerson, Lafayette High School and S. J Montgomery were placed on lockdown due to police activity.
The lockdown has since been lifted.
Lafayette High was evacuated this morning after the smell of gas was reported. The student have been alowed back into class after an all clear was given.
