BATON ROUGE, La. — The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control (ATC) will again start enforcing state laws on vapor products.
Officials said effective Monday, March 18, the prohibition of products not listed in the VAPE directory will be enforced.
Act 414 of the 2023 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature restricts the types of vape products and e-cigarettes sold in Louisiana.
Enforcement of the law was previously suspended due to ongoing litigation.
Starting Monday, businesses are required to remove prohibited products from inventory and display.
