7 Layer Mexican Style Hummus Dip!

Similar to the traditional 7 layer dip that most of us know and love, this dip offers a flavor that is a crowd pleaser. Pair with your favorite whole grain chips or crackers!

Here is what you will need: Layer the following from bottom to top in a clear casserole dish (8x8).

2 containers Rouses Hummus Dip

1 jar of your favorite salsa

2 large avocados, chopped OR 2 containers of prepared guacamole

1 ½ cups light sour cream mixed with 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning

1 bag of Rouses shredded cheddar cheese

1 small can of Rouses sliced black olives

½ cup of chopped green onions

What April loves about this is that it is a burst of flavor from a variety of

different light ingredients.

Here is what you will need:

Cheese cubes (Today we will use fresh parmesan)

Turkey Pepperoni

Cherry Tomatoes

Rouses Olives

Fresh Arugula

Light Crackers

Rouses Dressing or Vinaigrette

Small skewers or serve with a small fork
