Lafayette, L. – Lafayette Police conducted a traffic stop eastbound on I-10 on November 12, 2021 at approximately 10:58 pm.
As a result of this traffic stop, an arrest was made on Harry Jermaine Smedley.
The arrest of Smedley lead to officers locating 2,314 grams of cocaine with a street value of $234,400.00 and a loaded 9mm handgun.
